Anonymous asked: What do you think of couples who marry young? And do you know any?

I believe that everyone has a right to judge if they are ready for marriage. It shouldn’t matter what anyone else thinks of believes because a marriage is a joining of two people. So those two people should me mature enough to know they are the only ones for each other and will be stable enough to endure marriage.
Personally, I would like to be married at or around the age of 24. But I want to be able to date someone for a minion of 3 years before jumping to that conclusion. There have been multiple studies done that says that it takes 2-4 years to really get to know someone. Also if someone loves you forever and always why do you have to jump into marriage to prove that? You can be madly inlove dating for a long time before “putting a ring on it”
But I do know people who have gotten married young. Some are extremely happy and living the best lives, but sadly most of the people I know or know of who do get married young are dealing with the idea of divorce and facing tons of conflict. So I hope that answered your question :)
